Construction office building South Korea progresses

Construction works on the elegant office high rise Garak Tower in the South-Korean capital of Seoul are progressing smoothly. The steel supportive framework for the 31 story building has been completed up to and including the 14th floor. The summit at a 130 meters is expected to be reached at the end of 2009.

A trial version of the state of the art façade with its undulating glass exterior has recently been tested and approved in Seoul. Architects of the building; Peter Couwenbergh and Edgar Bosman of the ArchitectenConsort, were present during testing.
